creative execution meets magic

I’m a creative Jane of all trades with a passion for conjuring unforgettable experiences that live at the intersection of storytelling, design, and human emotion. With a background that spans theater, graphic design, brand activations, film, writing, and collaborative storytelling, I bring a unique toolkit to every project—equal parts strategy and magic.

Alisha-31.jpg

I was born to makeand I can make anything.

Anything, really — almost. What I don’t know how to make today, I know I can learn by tomorrow — and if not, surely by next week. I’m a Jane-of-all-Trades, and I aim to become a master of most. Whether it’s packaging, branding, retail displays, set design, fabrication, or immersive theatre — I’m your gal. I am hard-working enough to roll up my sleeves, and humble enough to always be learning.

With creativity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to find the right partners and ask the right questions, anything is achievable.

Let's chat!

I'll ask you what you love about yourself, what it means to be human, and to tell me what you’re made of when no one’s watching.

My Biggest, Stupidest, Most Irritating Failure was...

Creating an interactive experience for visitors to try product, interact with influencers, experience a virtual reality game, complete with a section for projected video art and sound. Designing, ordering, installing this experience, then traveling cross-country to set it up and run the experience in multiple states...

.... and then took almost no photos and videos of it.

The most fun project ever was....

Creating life sized, or better yet oversized, props for photoshoots is one of my favorite ways to bring my playful, artistic nature to life.

I created huge 3D cacti, an extra bougie poodle, and even a giant shrimp, all to take surreal real life photos all over Sydney, Australia.

Bringing a real life photoshop aspect to my photograph work brings me such joy. Even though this look can be replicated digitally, it's way more fun making it happen irl.

You would have had to be there when....

Designing puzzle-packed, escape room-style scavenger hunts is one of my greatest joys. Whether it’s for my own birthday or a client event, I live for a good theme, a prop-filled bag, a clever booklet, and just enough charm to make the whole thing feel real. From public award ceremonies to group spells that end in a flash paper fireball revealing a friendship stone, this is the kind of theatrical magic I love most.

A few friends who let me cook.

Brand(X)

Project:
Packaging: Tubes, Bags, and Packets.

Brand(X), a supplement drink mix brought me by to NFL Superstar, Odell Beckham Jr,. and well-known formulator Dr. Nisha Jackson.

Dashing

Project:
Print Design, Retail Display—Australia & New Zealand Markets

At Dashing, I worked across major campaigns for some of the most recognized brands in the Southern Hemisphere (and the world)—Target, RM Williams, Rebel Sport, and Lululemon, to name a few. It was fast, high-volume, and full of moving parts, but I thrived in the chaos. From retail rollouts to campaign creative, I had my hands in all of it—designing, refining, and helping bring big ideas to life at scale. It was a crash course in agility, collaboration, and making things look damn good under pressure—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

My Process

2025_Lululemon_Concept 1-Web-min.png

From early
conception.

From the first wild idea to a sketch on a napkin, I love the messy, exciting start of a project. I ask big questions, trust my instincts, and shape raw ideas into real creative direction.

This concept was especially fun because we got to use so many different materials—moving beyond print into tactile elements like feathers, clouds, snow, and rain. Even the “puddle” was made from a fun, reflective metallic material.

To preparing the concept to work in over 50 unique locations.

Each location came with its own building plans, so I’d dig in, pull the unique window sizes and shapes, and turn all that into a beautifully nerdy spreadsheet of materials. Then I whipped up a clear (and cute) install guide for the pros—and sometimes for me and other staff when we had time to jump in and help with installs.

To prepping files for print, and physically making assets.

I handled all the pre-press work—file setup, artwork, dielines, production specs—the works, and when needed, I rolled up my sleeves and got hands-on. For this concept, I ended up gluing hundreds of strands of ‘snow’ by hand. I had originally hired it out so I could focus on another upcoming campaign, but when she became seriously ill, the show had to go on—so I cancelled my weekend and dove in. I love being hands on, so I was happy to do it.

To final manufacturing and installation.

From pixel-perfect to hands-on builds, I see things through to the finish line. I talk shop with vendors, double-check specs, and sometimes even show up with a ladder and a staple gun, whatever it takes to get it done right.

Client:
Salt and Straw

Project:
Art Direction, Design—Harvest Festival Fall Flavors Campaign

At Salt & Straw, I concepted and planned upcoming campaigns, then brought them to life through hands-on design and creative direction. I led a team of designers while collaborating closely with photographers, the brand manager, and cross-functional partners to execute campaigns across email, digital ads, and select print activations. From initial idea to final asset, I guided the vision every step of the way.

My Process

2025_Portfolio_Salt&Straw_Sketches-Web-m

From early
conception.

Working from flavors chosen by the co-owner and master flavorist, I developed conceptual ideas for the upcoming month’s campaign.

With sketches, mood boards, write-ups, and rollout plans in hand, I presented to the brand manager, owners, and CMO.

To making the mini sets.

Once the concept was approved, I dove into the fun part: crafting all the little details that bring a campaign to life.

From sourcing tableware for our Thanksgiving dinner shoot to styling miniature hay bales, glueing little fence posts, and debating the inclusion of a palm sized goats, I made sure every prop, plate, and playful touch was just right.

Harvest-GoogleDispalyAds-PORTFOLIO_-300x250-09 copy 6-min.png

To art direction (and scooping) on set.

With all my mini landscapes ready, I headed into the studio and led the shoot—working closely with the photographer to capture every detail just right. Ice cream has a mind of its own, so keeping things on schedule while managing melt timing was half the challenge (and kind of the fun).

After the shoot, I retouched each image with care, making sure everything looked clean, craveable, and true to the concept before rolling into final production.

To designing the final assets.

After the shoot, I pulled everything together into clean, final assets. I created emails, Google ads, and other print and digital pieces—always making sure they felt cohesive and true to the campaign. Whether I was designing myself or guiding the process, I focused on keeping everything clear, thoughtful, and on brand.

Client:
Hempire

Project:
Experience Design—Summer Music Festival Tour

Hempire’s booth started as sketches on my kitchen table and turned into a full-on immersive experience, thanks to a small, scrappy team of four and a whole lot of teamwork.

Together, we built an experience that blended sound, video, virtual reality, influencer moments, and product giveaways—designed to pull people in and keep them engaged. We took the activation on the road to five states, setting it up and running it more than half a dozen times through the peak of music festival season.

I led the charge on design, sourcing, and manufacturing, as well as editing the video for the immersive  sound/video room, flying to each location to unpack and set up the booth, and taking generous shifts in the booth doing the   essential consumer education bits as well.

Client:
LOP

Project:
Experience & Graphic Design—Cannabis Industry Events

As the lead designer for Ladies of Paradise, I helped bring to life some of the most talked-about events in cannabis culture. We weren’t just hosting parties—we were creating immersive, design-forward experiences that fused fashion, music, art, and weed in bold, unexpected ways.

Every detail was intentional: custom installations, branded touchpoints, interactive moments that stopped people in their tracks. Our events sparked conversation, flooded social feeds, and left lasting impressions. It was a boundary-pushing, joy-filled, style-obsessed era—and I’m proud to have shaped it from the inside out.

Client:
Wine2Go

Project:
Packaging: Fanny Packs, Straws, Flasks.

For Wine2Go, I concepted, designed, and wrote the copy for a range of playful, on-the-go products—like these cheeky TwoCan Fanny Packs, colorful reusable straw sets, and a whole lineup of giftable, wine-loving accessories. I focused on creating products that felt fresh, fun, and a little irreverent—balancing clever packaging with bold colors, witty one-liners, and a design sensibility that made everything pop on shelf (and in selfies). It was all about personality, portability, and not taking life too seriously.

Client:
Oshihana

Project:
Branding, Packaging, Art Direction.

For Oshihana, I built the brand from the ground up—shaping its identity through typography, thoughtful packaging (including an infinity wrap around perfect pattern), eye-catching and refined print layouts, including these featured spreads from their magazine.

Client:
Lady Jays

Project:
Branding, Packaging, Art Direction.

For Lady Jays, I led branding and packaging—building a bold, feminine identity that stood out in a crowded cannabis space. From the custom typography to the unapologetically pink packaging, every element was designed to feel fresh, cheeky, and unmistakably unique. I helped shape the visual voice of the brand, blending softness with attitude to create a look that’s as playful as it is powerful.
